Fullframe camera with reliable autofocus for hybrid shooting

Hi guys, I'm looking for a camera (with lens options) for my use cases and I want to hear your opinions. For shooting stills it will be used for travelling (nature/landscapes/architecture) and mostly with wide angle (something like 14-12 2.8), then for portraits/family gatherings etc. (probably 85mm 1.4 or 1.8) and lastly I would also like to try some telephoto for wildlife (but not primary focus). For shooting video it will be used for creating content for our gym, so I will be filming myself (thats why I need reliable AF) while showing exercices - probably with 35mm 1.4 or 1.8 and 24-70 2.8. And also I would like it to be weather sealed so that I do not have to worry about it when I'm shooting in rainy day or when its snowing. I will probably wait what will Sony bring with A7 IV, also + for sony is 3rd party lenses, but canon eos R6/R5 (or rumored R5A ?) are in my radar too.

What would you recommend?

Thanks.

Sony a7
