The easiest photo job in the world
7

Dodging raindrops this evening to take a few test shots for the easiest photo job in the world. Which will be taking pictures of all the buildings on all the streets in the historic district of downtown Tombstone... an archival JPG record of what was here in 2021. Am assured by friends in the Library of Congress that the JPG format will be machine-translatable in future to whatever new imaging format comes along.
Will use the Pentax K-70 with the 21mm lens, at f/8. Not the sharpest lens, but the lightest... and more than sharp enough for these pictures, also good at f/5.6. Probably at 8 AM, when we usually have clear skies. It will take five photos per each side of a city block, and there are about 20 blocks, plus four 45-degree photos at each intersection... all up, probably about 300 or so images. Good news being that there is zero need for editing... we just want a straight photographic record, no need at all for Lightroom processing. Although, looking at the test picture below, maybe I'll do some vertical correction on some of them. Easiest photo job in the world! Gets you out for a good walk, too.
