The 2 secs "OK" for the EM1.3 and 12-100 IS must be a result combined from all focal lengths. I can get tack sharp 4 secs at 12mm and "OK" at 12secs (EM1X). Sony really is surprising... it seems like its results are still where Olympus IBIS was in the very beginning (only 3 axis and the EP1 over 10 years ago).

For Canikon to already be so close to Olympus (and obviously a good Pana IBIS), compared to Sony, there must be a technical barrier for Sony with their lens mount diameter (despite their denials). Thus, it would be interesting to examine Sony stabilisation with a 600mm lens from them (IBIS becomes less effective at super tele focal lengths and Lens IS becomes more important).
