I think that the shots that were shot in lower shutter speeds turned out alright...
125/s 250/s

did anyone here had a similar experience?

One of the half blank frames

Looks like a sticky shutter. if the leading curtain doesn't travel fast enough, or stops, the following curtain catches up with it, so the shutter closes mid flight. The second curtain then pushes the pair to the end.

It'll be worse at higher speeds, but lower speeds may suffer from uneven exposure.
