Interesting.

Out in the field and online I see far more use of flash than ever before -- largely driven by Godox who offer remote wireless control for almost any photographic budget, along with the massive amount of how-to info online.

But I also see there may not be enough money in it to interest KEH and the rest. It must be a tiny part of the overall photo gear market. They would have to sell at around 1/3 less than retail, which means they can only pay around 1/3 of the new price when they buy -- not very appealing to the seller. Then they run into the issues of testing, compatibility, and possibly parts and service problems. Does not sound like a very appealing business.
