Small mirrorless or invest in lenses

Hi everyone,

I've been shooting for about two years with a Canon 6d Mark ii. I like my camera but I don't necessarily love it. It has always felt like it was lacking build quality (a lot of plastic). For what I shoot, mostly street and portaits I bought it because I wanted to upgrade to full frame, having started on a crop sensor. I have a budget of around 600 Euros and I find myself looking at a second hand Ricoh GR ii or a Fuji x100t. I want something light and I've read about a lot of people who love Fuji cameras. But I was also thinking about getting a better lens, probably a Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art. Right now I own a Canon 85mm 1.8, Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro, Tamron 28-75 2.8, Canon 50mm 1.8  and  40mm 2.8.

Any thoughts? Or maybe just sell everything and move over to Sony. It seems like some photographers are doing this, or is it marketing? I appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
