Hi Alex, You asked specifically about duplicating the B.N. Singh style, which means colorful, high-contrast images. Because of this, I have to disagree with Hedley here as I think Luminar 4 may be your best tool for it. I use DxO, Luminar, Lightroom, Photoshop and occasionally other editors, depending on the effect I want to achieve. To a large degree, each can achieve almost the same results as the others, but in my experience, Luminar 4 may get you there the fastest.

To illustrate this and assuming you won't mind, I did some quick-and-dirty editing in Luminar. There would be more I'd do to achieve that perfect look, but this took only a minute or two:
