My replacement 15-45 isnt bad, one corner is a bit off at 100% even at f8, but I don't care about 100%

so that's two in a row that I would deem rather acceptable.

Yeah, my first 15-45 was pretty good.  My second one is excellent.

I actually found that I enjoy the 15-45, it's a natural 24-70mm focal and I found it a nice walkabout.

Yup, I don't hesitate using it wherever a 24-70 F/L equiv is useful!

I did like the 18-150 better overall though because it obviously had more reach, but after some acclimatization, it wasn't that bad.

The 18-150 is definitely more versatile.  But I sure enjoy mounting just a teensy tiny 15-45 a lot of the time!
