Re: Lens cap covers

Good evening, I was thinking about the difference between my lens cap on my Nikon lenses and the total cover that goes on my ultra-wide Tamron.
Kind of hard to describe, but I really like the caps that go over the entire forward element of the lens and down the tube. I am not sure what third party producer makes these.

I looked at Kurvd and Polarpro on Amazon but am looking and wanting to review more options. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

take care

Sigma uses covers like that on their bigger lenses, soft, textile ones (I love those), and Samyang makes for their ultrawide lenses which probably just fits their own!
If you know someone that is handy with sewing it should be fairly easy to make some out of neoprene (the material in wet suits).
