I have the 70-200 f/4 and use it with my D500 and love it. It also plays well with the Nikon 1.4x teleconverter (mine is TC-14E II) to give you a 147-420 f/5.6 zoom, that is if I have done my math correctly. I just thought I would throw that out there as another consideration for you in the 70-200 range.

Another vote for the Nikon f/4.  If weight is at all a consideration, I would think it the F/4 would be the one to choose.  Just got back from Alaska and was using the Nikon 70-200mm f/4 much of the time:
