So here is what I’ve come to understand.

Size doesn’t matter…

That the FF vs (name your sensor size) is this forum’s equivalent to a self-licking ice cream cone.

IQ is affected by so many independent variables from lens quality, platform stability, to the photographer’s skill and vision. A poorly executed photograph is a poorly executed photograph regardless if it was captured on FF, APS-C or MFT.   Amateur or professional, it's about the craft.  The equipment is just a tool.

Many years ago, when I was shooting professionally, the job determined the film format.

If FF meets your photographing need or desires shoot FF. If another format gives you the results you want then shoot that. In the end the question that must be answered is: Does this image meet my visualization (or is my client satisfied) or not?

One thing for sure is that none of us are improving our craft by sitting behind a monitor or on a sofa with a tablet  discussing this here.
