Is there a lens with a zoom like the 15-45mm but faster?

I use the 24-105 on my 5D. I've considered the 24-70 f2.8L many times, but for me the lack of IS was always a major deal. I almost bought the f4 version, which has IS, or the Tamron 24-70 f2.8 with IS, but kept hoping for a Canon one.
Now, I can get IS with a Canon 24-70 - if I get an R5 or R6.
But, I no longer shoot seriously (not enough time) and so picked up an M6 MKII because of the convenience. So far, I'm pretty happy with it. I'd love to have the option of a small, light, fast, good quality, mid range zoom for the M6 - but know it is not physically possible.
