In addition to the 2-button reset, I recommend you check to see what version of the Nikon software each body has. Different versions bring opportunities for the image processing to be different, and use of auto WB means the software made decisions about the color of each image.

When you reshoot as so many have suggested, i recommend you do two setups, one using auto WB, and a second comparison with both bodies set to daylight WB. The auto setting means the camera gets to make its choices about white balance, while using daylight balance takes the camera out of making such decisions.
