If you want your photography to be appreciated, then you have to actually do work to make that happen.  You have to exhibit at galleries, sell at festivals, enter contests.  Or if you enjoy photographing people, then shoot weddings, portraits, and events.  You have to post on social media, set up your web site, and generally get your pictures out where people have the opportunity to appreciate your work.

And then, you have to pay attention to the response you get.  What pictures get a lot of response?  What did you do with those pictures that is different from others.  Analyze photos that get a lot of response; do your pictures look like those?

And you may need to change your style, for shooting, for processing, for promoting.

You may need to do a lot of marketing,  You may need to take a lot of criticism and make changes in response.  You may fail.  You actually may not be a good photographer, or a good promoter/marketer.

You may need to find what photography you can do that will be appreciated.

Or, realize that photography can be a personal hobby.  Use it to document your travels, have fun, print and hang your favorite shots, make some books, and don't worry about what others think.

Or, quit.  Take up a different hobby.  Take your phone and go out and socialize.
