If you happen to see a great deal on the D3500, definitely pick one of those up. The focus on the AF-P with that camera seems to be very slightly faster, and it's a lighter weight rig with more effective battery life... just my 2 cents!

I think a second D7500 or D7200 would be in front in terms of another camera body (given the death of the DX body line I am thinking about a 'backup' body) Though by the time the D7500 gives out I might be picking up the used Z crumbs
