Re: Any experience with ON1 NoNoise?

Here is my experience with ON1 NoNoise:

Step 1. I have opened .raw file with FastStone Image Viewer, which I use to preview files. As we know, raw file is not image, and what we see on the screen is interpretation made by program. I saved this interpretation as .jpg file with default settings, as is.

direct from faststone

Step 2. I have opened the same .raw file directly in ON1 NoNoise. I want to repeat that it was the same .raw file which , we know, is not the image. NoNoise produced another version of image with default settings, and I export this image as .jpg For unknown reason image was underexposed, so opened .jpg  in ON1 Photo Raw software just to adjust exposure only. As you see, I have to admit exposure manipulation with original output.

Now it is up to you to analyze to compare, and come to conclusion.

If you want to be equal, you have to be better...
