Yes, very slow service and unreliable communication.

They failed to email the repair estimate on my X-T3 shutter replacement last June and also in August of 2020 for my damaged 100-400 lens. No excuse for this sloppy handling of the paperwork.

Both repairs took almost a month including shipping.

Their packaging for the return shipments were inadequately padded. They need to take the shipping clerk in hand and demonstrate how to box the equipment.

My camera and lens are working but I suspect they may quit unexpectedly due to the way the return shipments were packed.

If there was a viable alternative, I would bail these people.
