I have no patience with RAW as I enjoy the photography more than the computer

Same here! I know Photoshop and Lightroom from my working days, when they were  standalone applications withing the Adobe Premium Suite that one paid for once, without having to take out monthly subscriptions. I didn't do anything fancy, but basic editing I could manage fine, thanks to feedback I received from our printers and help by our photographers. Still, the JPGs out of my cameras are much better now than the pictures we used to get submitted in the office then, and I don't think I could do much to improve on them.

I might consider shooting RAW when inside a mediaeval cathedral though, where no flashes are allowed. Unlikely that I'd use the TG-6 for that, tough.

Anyway, I can' be bothered with spending more time processing than shooting. I'm currently trying out several packages, and I have a strong sense that I won't buy any of them. Overkill for me, who, as you, do not earn my bread and butter with photography. The only package that I might consider is Topaz DeNoise for photos taken at high ISO in low light settings.
