Do you mean turn off silent shutter? AFAIK EFCS or Auto shutter works.

Sorry, silent shutter is the correct Nikon terminology. I'm used to calling it electronic shutter with my Olympus cameras.

The Z6 II manual says "Enabling silent photography disables some features, including the flash..."

Apparently silent shutter refuses to sync at high enough speeds.  I think we'll see faster yet silent shutters on future cameras that will sync with flash though.
