For jpeg capture, sure.  In camera raw processing means you chose daylight white balance but wanted shade or auto.  Or you had a landscape picture style when you wanted portrait.  After you’ve take the picture, you can edit the raw file in camera and save a new jpeg to the memory card, or even multiple versions while still retaining the raw file.

Whether they all can do this or not, I don’t know.  I’m just saying what in camera raw processing is vs shooting on jpeg with various settings.
