It's hard to give a proper advice since it's very much a matter of shooting experience rather than gear performance. I don't own Leica but I'm sure that if I would, I'd go out shooting with a completely different mindset than with my EOS R6.

Having said that, you may consider two things:

1) Leica M to RF mount adapters do exist:

2) the R5 offers excellent aids for manual focusing, Focus Assist and Focus Peaking (plus of course, zoom 1:1):

So, if you're eager to drop the Leica user experience while keeping some good old Leica glass, dare I say eyesight is unlikely to be a problem.
