Green H+ even when requirements are not met

Hi all,

I received my R5 this week and I am loving the faster drive modes compared to the 5DIV. However I was surprised to see that the H+ and H are green most of the time (therefore achieving the highest advertised frame rates) even when the aperture is not wide open, shutter speed is slower than 1/1000 and when using my older lpe6N batteries. Only when the battery percentage dips below 60% the drive mode changes from green to white.

I am using the latest firmware 1.3.1 so I was thinking that Canon reduced the requirements for achieving 12fps. Am I seeing something out of the ordinary or did the requirements for full FPS get lowered?
