Got a link? A Google search returns a lot of flash mounts and none of them look what you described. I'm familiar with the gorilla pod like arms that attach to a camera or lens's tripod mount. Haven't seen anything that would clip into a twin flash cold shoe -not saying you're wrong, just saying I haven't seen it.
