For output, select AVCHD format, which allows you to select interlaced video. Following that, I believe you can also select whether it's upper field first, or lower field first and the bitrate in the custom settings
Maybe see if the trial version works before purchase. Current version is VideoStudio Pro 2021.

Thanks, I'll try it. I don't think there's a trial version available, but I have access to Corel VideoStudio and I'll try it as soon as I can.
