I'm not familiar with Adobe's products but quite like Photo Mate R3, which does this (I personally haven't tried stacking with it). Not sure if this functionality is included in the free trial version. Most HDR algorithms have dropped the old radioactive look in favor of more naturalism.

I'd also suggest you look at the app Snap Camera HDR which has a lot of configurable settings for multi-shot HDR, depending on the device's Camera2 API and support for Zero Shutter Lag. The Play Store trial version is badly out of date and I think limited to 7 shot HDR without ZSL, but paying upgrades it to recently updated version 10.10.4 which boosts HDR capability to 15 shots and granular control of exposures and shutter lag.

Several of the Pixel GCam mods also let users under the hood for HDR+ Enhanced and Night Sight tweaks that are natural look and very fast multishot.  Finding a mod for a particular phone can be a chore.
