Re: how does the EF-RF Adapter work with 3rd party lenses?

RDM, you say, "There is far less controversy about the RF24-105f4L except it is more the expensive the the RF 24-105ff4-7.1 IS stm than takes good images and has many happy customers on this forum. This popular kit lens has IS is much cheaper. All good lenses for certain types of users."

- this is good to hear.  I mistakenly got a kit w/ that lens instead of the 'L'.  So my 'amazing' deal was simply OK )-;  Teach me how to check carefully!

But it is compact.  I also got the R50f1.8.  Seems quite good.  My Tam 35f1.4 works well w/ adapter.  Haven't tried the old 70-200f4L yet.

Its fun to finally try canon.  It is obviously a great one, though, except for AF, it doesn't seem better than my S5 in any particular.  The one extra stop of IBIS, if that proves true, will be nice.  I LOVE ibis!

(BtW, AF on the S5 ain't bad)
