once read a comment from a pro on the film forum where he talked about the difference between getting advice on the forums from hobbyists who do a tremendous amount of chart reading and graph comparisons and Pros who earn a living taking photos

so the premise of this thread is :

from folks who earn a sizeable portion of your income as a professional photographer of any kind , wedding , product , landscape etc ..... what is your take on the M4/3 system including the whole spectrum of camera bodies and lens ?

any and all subjects or comments welcome

The replies that you get may be based on what system they are “professionals” with.

I am NOT a professional photographer.

I have two friends. One is a professional who repairs Harley Davidson motorcycles almost exclusively. The other one repairs BMW motorcycles almost exclusively. They are both “professionals“ and well regarded by their customers and their friends as people who are experts in their trade. And they both make a nice living.

That does not prevent the battle from raging as to whether Harley Davidson‘s are better than BMWs, or vice versa. They have made their choices, and BEHAVE professionally.

YMMV.

that is wonderful but that is not what this thread is about

With apology…
