I agree the S5 is excellent and if you can afford it, by all means go for it. If you are not sure about FF, I would suggest first experimenting with a used FF camera. For instance a Cannon 6D with a lens that would suit your needs. I'm saying Cannon because their lenses are the best for adapting on other brands you may decide to buy later. The AF when adapting lenses will be slower but that shouldn't be a problem for landscapes and architecture. I use both FF and MFT, but to be honest I would be satisfied if I could only afford MFT.
