I'm not running secure boot and I don't have a TPM chip. I'll try the ISO in Hyper V and ESXi and will report back on whether it works. My server doesn't have TPM either and my default is to not use secure boot.

To follow up, creation of VM to getting into Windows 11 desktop took about 10 minutes on a Hyper V with 8 gigs of ram and 1 core (Ryzen 3900x). Hyper-V has a tendency to screw up my NIC's so I didn't test anything further since I lost internet access until after reboot. This is using a Gen 1 Hyper-V VM, no TPM or secure boot. I'll likely try ESXi 6.7 this weekend along with actually installing things onto it to see how it fares.
