Are you trying to minimize the lens changes to avoid dust in camera?

I am not all that concerned about dust, but there is a small chance that it may get into a camera when changing the lens. If it does, I use the "cleaning mode" in the camera menu to let the sensor shake the dust off. And if that doesn't work, as Rol Lei Nut suggested, I also detach the lens and use a rocket blower to manually blow away any dust particles from the surface of the image sensor.  I rarely have to do more than that.  It is also trivial, if necessary, to remove dust spots from images in Photoshop or Lightroom.
