I really like using my Olympus EE-1 dot sight.  It will work with any camera with a hot shoe.  There is nothing that makes it Olympus specific.  If you are an infrequent BIF shooter, or have only limited opportunities to practice, it can certainly improve your keeper rate.  Once you learn how to set it up, something you need to do everytime you mount it or change lens focal length substantially, it takes only a few minutes to be ready to shoot.
