The lens is M42 mount. Build quality is solid. The lens have build-in lens hood. Also, there is unusually large focus throw - more than 300 degrees, witch helps a lot. Here are some pictures of lens body:

I'm pretty sure that's a Sigma lens with an interchangeable YS mount for Praktica LLC. Several of these were sold as Prakticars, but usually in focal lengths that weren't already covered by Zeiss/Meyer such as 24mm and various zooms.
