SPP to Tiff vs the Sigma PS add-in
3

Here is an images of Ham Rock and the LA Sal mountains in the background.  This is in Arches National Park.  Image was taken in 2013 using the SD1 Merrill and the 24-70 mm DG lens.

I find that I am using the Sigma Add-in to process a lot of my Merrill and Quattro files and am very happy with he results.  I like being able to do all my X3F processing in a single software.  I think both of the images below are acceptable and be tweaked slightly to almost exactly match.

The first image was processed in SPP and export as a Tiff file to Photoshop for further processing.  The Tif file was then processed in Camera Raw and slightly refined in Photoshop.

Processed in SPP, exported a Tiff file for further processing in Photoshop

The raw file of same image was was imported directly imported into Photoshop as a PSD file and further processed in Camera Raw and slightly refined in Photoshop.

Processed directly inps using the Sigma PS add-in

Let me know what you think
