Thank you for the kind words, as well! I agree that there was something pretty special about that shot! It WAS pretty close, though, between it and the Second Place shots, too! I just felt this one was just enough better to give it the edge! And your Third Place tie was well earned, too! It was a tough call between the two shots of the crankshaft, but I opted for the shapes and slightly better background in the second shot. I think both could benefit from some judicious cropping, making them something of an abstract of car part engineering!
