Best original LUT for Canon EOS R6
1

I had a conversation with Canon about the use of LUTs on the R6 and the conclusion was that this camera works with Log3 and therefore only the ones listed with log3 should be used.

This has been the summary of the conversation:
So, With the EOS R6 the camera is capable of shooting in Canon Log 3. In the LUT table, you can use the 1dlut or 3dlut LUTs. Under 1dlut, you can use the ones listed in Canon log3-to-gamma-1dlut. Under the 3dlut folder, you can use the ones listed in the folders listed to transform the Canon Log 3 to one of the other gamma settings.
The same goes with the 1dlut and the 3dlut. The 3dlut allows you to edit the color further, but it does produce larger file sizes.

Those LUTS vary in the amount of detail in the color grading. 17 is the standard, but you can use 33 and 65 for greater detail. Note that the higher you go, the files become VERY large.

Where can it be downloaded?: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/cameras/eos-dslr-and-mirrorless-cameras/mirrorless/eos-r6/eos-r6?subtab=downloads-software (Canon lookup table Version 201911)
