What's the typical exposure time of a 35mm film scanner?

I became curious as to how long each pixel row in my film scanner (Pacific Image PrimeFilm 3650u) gets exposed to light during a scan.

The scanner's hardware resolution is 3600PPI, and the shortest scan time when moving across the short side of a 35mm frame at that resolution is about 75 seconds. That means each row is being exposed (electronically) for no longer than about 1/48s.

The exposure might be shorter than that, though ... possibly a lot shorter. Any thoughts on this unimportant subject?
