Red herring. They modified the test procedure so the studio scene samples won't be affected by shutter shock.

No dif really than the way the modified the Pentax test procedure to show an example not affected buy the blur issue. Unfortunately...there wasn't an in camera feature to help with that

No "dif" between modifying the test procedure, and not modifying the test procedure?

They modified their first look procedures/processing to find out what was up with the odd Pentax result....don't know yet what they will do with the review

I already said there are other ways of avoiding the shutter shock, like avoiding these shutter speeds.

I doubt the folks would be happy with the compare tool leaving out certain shutter speeds for some bodies.

Nobody cares about the shutter speeds for a studio scene. People use the tool to compare output at different ISO levels. Unless DPR does all combinations of ISO x shutter speed x aperture ?

Anyway that's nonsense, for the few concerned photos it doesn't seem a major issue to use pixel shift and extract a frame, or just leave those out for the time being.

Just put an image with dedicated message in background : "sample not yet available - investigation in progress", if as you said it's preliminary result before the review anyway.

Well, no point at all in this infinite discussion ... Let's agree we disagree and move on. Cheers.
