Roe Deer Buck In The Mist
7

"It's early morning. Still some mist low to the grounds. Now, ... hush, hush. There is something lying in the grass. Reddish brown? A Roe deer. See that antlers. Mr. Roe deer buck himself. He is turned in the opposite direction, he doesn't see me. His ears are turning like radar antennas, independently. Does he hear me? I whistle silently. No reaction. Good. Does he detect my smell? I have me a luck. Wind doesn't give me away."

Next thing is this photo of the fab Roe deer buck lying and resting in the high grass, partially covered with mist:

Roe deer buck (Capreolus capreolus) - He wasn't aware of me due to the wind direction, early hour and me moving silently

Stay healthy!
