Annoying problem with Capture One Exposure

Has anyone else had this issue with Capture One?

I haven't seen this issue reported before, but I'm having trouble with my Capture One 20 (13.1.4). Any image I import from my Fuji XT20 has this issue. If I click reset on the RAF image, Capture One automatically sets the exposure to -4. I have a sample attached for reference. It does not do this for older pictures I already have on the catalogue. I just can't seem to find a workaround for this.

I've opened a thread on Capture One forum as well. It has the RAF file attached. Has anyone experienced this & is there a solution for it?

PS. I've updated my Fuji Camera & Lens firmware to the latest one. I've also tried using Capture One Express 21 for Fuji too. All have the same issue. Due to this issue, I can't seem to apply any of my color simulations / profiles & it really slows down my processing.

Any idea what could be happening here?
