Continuous Shooting for Canon RF100-500mm lens

The drive mode setting in my Canon R6 fitted with RF100-500mm lens only gives only "One Shot" and "Servo" option - does not highlight the options for High (20fps) or low (12fps) shooting. And while photographing (with Servo mode selected) seems to take only a single shot with one press.  With other RF lenses (I've a RF24-240mm lens( I do not have the problem and get the options for higher frame rate shooting highlighted. What am I missing & how can I get the multi-frame continuous shooting in this (RF100-500mm) lens? I purchase this lens in April 2021 and it is working out fine otherwise. Thank you.
