RX100M7 - Assigning Exposure Compensation to Wheel

I own both the A6600 with a 70-350 lens and the RX100M7, and it's truly frightening how close the image quality of the RX100 is to that of the 6600.

On my 6600, I was able to assign the wheel in the back to changing +/- exposure compensation. On the RX100, I can't for the life of me how to do the same thing. Right now it changes the f stop when I turn the wheel, but that is not important to me.

Can anyone explain to me how to do it?

Sony RX100
