Budget Macro with Close Up Filter & Extension Tubes

I am new to macro photography, so planning to start with a low budget leveraging on my current gears (Mark II 5D, EF24-105F4, EF 50F1.8II, EF 70-200 F4LISU).

I read that this can be done using either a close up filter lens or extension tubes or both. Any recommendations?

What are the filter lens or extension tubes compatible to my equipments?

Should I use filter lens and extension tubes together?

Among the lens that I have, which is the lens that I should use with filter lens?

1. EF24-105F4

2. EF 50F1.8II

3. EF70-200F4

Thanks in advance.
