The V60 is a nice car, indeed! Volvo has done well with their designs, and I THINK their quality has also improved a fair bit, IIRC. I've ridden a bicycle in The Netherlands, but haven't driven. I DID drive in Germany (both West AND East, back when there was a difference!), and drove my little Dodge nèe Mitsubishi Ram 50 pickup truck at 125 MPH or so (201kph).
