Twist locks or flip locks?
1

Hi everyone,

Would like to know if flip locks are durable.

Recently my tripod broke due to the flip locks no longer working and now I have to look for a new tripod.

B&H said flip locks may become loose over time, and most can be re-tightened.

However, I researched on re-tightening flip locks and couldn't really find much.

I am looking at the SLIK 700DX Pro Tripod Legs: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/557127-REG/Slik_615_317_700DX_Pro_Tripod_Legs.html/specs

What are your views? Should I use twist locks instead?
