Give a try with the SX60 HS' "Evaluative Light Metering" to see if it helps.

I have the small Godox TT350 to use on my RX 10 IV and it works great with the Sony TTL metering.

Good Luck!

Yes, tried with all three metering settings with the same results (was on spot because that was the last i tried after seeing a similar suggestion on another thread)

Obviously is it normal for such a large change in exposure with on a 1/3 change in FEC???

Would not think so with just "FEC". Though from the EXIF problem not due to using "FEC" and camera's "EC"; which can be cumulative with some cameras.

The EXIF's "Flash Fired" notes "Yes (Auto, red eye reduction mode, returned light detected)". Not sure what the "returned light detected" means.

Do you have same +/- exposure issue with red eye reduction mode OFF?

If you have not already done, try the "support" at the Godox Site HERE.

Via a Google "godox v860iic flash inconsistent exposure" search found the DPR "Inconsistent exposure with Godox V860II" topic HERE.

If you have/ or can borrow another flash unit to see if problem persists to find out if problem with the Godox V860IIc flash.

Sorry cannot be of more help.

The Godox TT350 I use with RX10 IV works great.

Cheers,
Jon
