Those are hot or stuck pixels. They often appear with longer exposures and higher ISO values. They tend to increase over time.

Some cameras offer a function to help map out the worst pixels. And newer cameras often have a long exposure noise reduction option. This takes a dark frame of the same exposure duration and subtracts dark frame from the light frame. This can help minimize fixed pattern noise. But these aren't options with the G12.

I'm not sure why they don't appear in RAW files. Possibly your RAW developer app is filtering them out.
