I've had good success rolling a whole stack printing side inwards, sliding the roll into a tallish straight-sided jug and leaving overnight. Longer if the bending is really old.

For stuff rolled for decades this method also worked but it needed weeks not hours or days.

Heavy books on a flat surface are also your friend.
