What I personally do is almost never use both Sharpen and DeNoise. If ISO is ~2000 or lower, I go straight to Sharpen AI. If greater then 2000 I do DeNoise. I find both programs are good enough doing the other thing. I use either or both of those before I go to GigaPixel AI.
