Say a 2 tonne Tesla with maybe a 100 kW electrical motor is not a "High Current Area" by a long shot. Hybrids probably have half that or less.

When accessing such an area you probably need to do a knowledge test or a talk with the Chief Operator first to get an access key. And you will see lots of signs of what to do and what not.
