The Canon RF lenses have a control ring that you can use for exposure comp. You can also buy a EF->RF adaptor with the control ring. This works in manual mode only I believe, but I could be wrong.

What I think is missing is a setting to make everything 1/3 stop more or less, that sort of thing. Like how on a film camera you could override the film ISO speed to dial in compensation for the whole roll.
